If something in an Asian Insider article is wrong, unclear or out of date, we want readers to be able to identify the issue and provide supporting information.
What to include
Please include the article title and URL, the sentence or detail you are questioning, and an explanation of what needs to change. A link to an official document or other reliable evidence is helpful. For outdated guides, tell us which requirement or service has changed and when.
Editorial contact
The planned editorial address is editor@asianinsider.co.nz. This mailbox is being set up and its availability has not yet been confirmed. We will update this page when the channel is ready; please do not send sensitive documents or rely on it for urgent matters.
How corrections should appear
When a factual error is confirmed, the article should be updated. A material correction should carry a dated note explaining the error and the change. Small spelling or formatting fixes may be made without a separate note. If an issue remains unresolved, the article should make the uncertainty clear rather than silently presenting a disputed claim as settled.
Feedback and news tips
You can also suggest a topic, point out a gap in a guide or tell us about a community story. A news tip should distinguish what you personally know from what you have heard from someone else. Please avoid sharing private identity, health or financial records in an initial message.
